Andrew Vincent was born in Kosciusko, MS. He grew up in French Camp and graduated as Salutatorian from French Camp Academy in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Mississippi, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1999. Andrew served as a TAC Officer at Chamberlain Hunt Academy in Port Gibson before being led to Twin Lakes Camp & Conference Center in Florence, where he currently serves as Camp Director. Andrew became a member of Lakeland in 2000, but began his ministry on staff as Choral Coordinator in May of 2007. Andrew is married to his beautiful wife, Michelle and father to his precious children, Ethan, Anna and Allison.
A verse of scripture that has made a significant impact on Andrew is 2 Corinthians 5:21 which says “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” Having Christ’s perfection transferred in place of our sinfulness is truly an undeserved act of grace from our wonderful Savior, and something to remain grateful for each day we are given.
