COMMUNION - Communion will be observed Sunday, March 16th, at 10:45 a.m. worship service.

MID-WEEK MEAL AND SERVICE - Mid-Week meal and service does not meet this Wednesday, March 12th, during Spring Break. We will resume Wednesday, March 19th.

WOMEN’S WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY - Does not meet this Thursday, March 13th. We will resume Thursday, March 20th, at 10:00 am.

SMALL GROUP - The small group alternative to Wednesday nights will meet Thursday, March 13th, at 6:00 pm. It will be led by Billy Davis and held in Room #112. Any interested are welcome to this first meeting. Decisions will be made about meeting times and study materials.

MEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST - Saturday mornings at 7:30 am in the LPC Sanctuary kitchen.

SUNDAY SCHOOL - Meets at 9:30 am.

CHOIR - Sunday, March 16th, from 3:45-5:00 pm. Sunday morning anthem rehearsal to follow from 5:00-5:30 pm.

CHILDREN - Sunday, March 16th, at 5:00 pm. Sunday nights with Mrs. Tammy.

YOUTH - Sunday, March 16th, at 5:00 pm, for fun and games at LPC.

LADIES NIGHT OUT - Monday, March 17th, at 6:00 pm at Georgia Blue. (223 Ridge Way, Flowood). Please call or email the church office to let us know if you are able to attend.

WOMEN’S MONTHLY BIBLE STUDY -Tuesday, March 18th. The morning study will meet from 9:30 — 11:00 am with Tina Hester and the evening study will meet from 6:30 — 8:00 pm with Lydia Duke.

LONGVIEW RUMMAGE SALE - March 22nd, from 7:00 am-1:00pm. Drop off date at the High’s Wood Heaters: March 15th: 9am-noon.

PROSPECTIVE MEMBER CLASS — Sunday, March 23rd, from 2:00-4:00 pm at the church. Please contact John Duke (jduke@lakelandpres.org;) or call the church office (601.992.2448) to sign up. Nursery provided upon request.

SIT N’ SEW - Saturday, March 29th, from 9:00 am-3:00 pm. We will sew headbands, pillowcases, drawstring bags, sock dolls and children's dresses for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes. No experience required. Machines provided or you can bring your own. Lunch will be provided. Donations of cotton fabric (1/2-1 yard = 1 dress), matching 1/2" wide ribbon, and matching double fold bias tape will be welcomed. Let us know if you're coming by contacting the church office or Shannon Hardwick.

CRAWFISH BOIL - Sunday, March 30th, at 3:00 pm. Church-Wide Crawfish Boil. Bring a chair & enjoy time with your church family. Fun For All Ages with bounce houses and sno-cones. Serving: Crawfish with all the usual sides of corn, potatoes, etc. along with hamburgers and hotdogs for non-crawfish eaters. CHURCH WORKDAY - Saturday, April 5th, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. You can bring your chainsaw, shop vac, tools, gloves, cleaning equipment and help us with various projects both inside and outside the church buildings. Everyone can help.

GRADUATING SENIOR BANQUET - Sunday, April 6th, for all Youth and their families. We will gather immediately after the 10:45 am church service in the Education Building Gym. Meat, bread, drinks, and desserts provided. *Everyone needs to bring salad, starch, or vegetables.*

Palm Sunday: Sunday, April 13th

Adult Easter Cantata & Reception: Sunday, April 13th, at 6:00 pm. Please bring your favorite finger foods for a reception to follow the Cantata (sandwiches, chip & dips, veggies & fruits, desserts)

Good Friday Communion:Friday, April 18th, at 6:00 pm

Easter Brunch: Sunday, April 20th, at 9:30 am, during the Sunday School hour. Please bring your favorite breakfast casseroles, pastries, and brunch foods.

Easter Worship Service: Sunday, April 20th, at 10:45 am
