WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY – Wednesdays at 6:15 pm. Rev. John Revell is leading a series of lessons entitled, “How to Read the Bible: Seeing & Hearing Jesus in All the Scriptures.” Meets in the sanctuary.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SMALL GROUPS – Wednesdays at 6:15 pm, meet with the leaders for small group study.

LPC WOMEN’S WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY – Thursday, October 24th, from 10:00-11:30. We will be studying “Saved: Experiencing the Promise of the Book of Acts” by Nancy Guthrie.

EMPTY NESTERS SMALL GROUP – Thursday, October 24th, at 6:00 pm. We are studying The Holiness of God by R.C. Sproul.

THE GRAY HAVENS ‘ANYWHERE TOUR’ – Friday, October 25th. Doors open at 7:00 pm. The concert is hosted at Lakeland Presbyterian Church. Show begins at 7:30 pm. $30 advance or $40 at the door. MEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST – Saturday mornings at 7:30 am in the LPC Sanctuary kitchen.

SUNDAY SCHOOL – Sundays at 9:30 am.

CHOIR REHEARSAL – Sunday, October 27th, at 3:00 pm. *Please note time change

CHILDREN & YOUTH – Sunday, October 27th do not meet.

REFORMATION CELEBRATION TRUNK OR TREAT – Sunday, October 27th, from 4:00-6:00 pm, for LPC’s Reformation Celebration Trunk or Treat! It will be in the LPC parking lot. Costumes are encouraged (nothing scary). Bring your friends and family and bring your own chair. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be on the grill from 4:00-5:30 pm. We are taking candy donations. The drop off bucket will be in the LPC foyer. If you would like to host a game for Trunk or Treat, see Mrs. Tammy.

BOOK FAIR – October 23rd – November 6th. Come shop with us at LPC’s 2024 Book Fair. Books will be on display in the foyer of the Education Building There will also be books for tweens, teens, parents, and grandparents.

SOUP, SANDWICHES AND SHOEBOXES – Sunday, November 10th at 5:00 pm. If you would like to pick up a pre-made shoebox, stop by the church office and grab one. Contact Mrs. Tammy or the church office if you would like to sign up to bring soup or sandwiches. Get ready for a fun time! (Remember no candy, no liquids, no toothpaste, no war toys)

THANKSGIVING FEAST – Wednesday, November 20th at 5:00 pm. We will have Turkey, Ham, Dressing, and all the Trimmings. $7 a plate or $20 max for families. CHECK OUT THE TABLE IN THE CHURCH LIBRARY – The attendance at the fair this year was down, so there were fewer people dropping by the Good News booth. On the library table there are several leftover booklets and pamphlets. Please help yourselves to this interesting literature. It’s all FREE!
